The University of Hartford’s Entrepreneurial Center and Women’s Business Center (EC/WBC) will host “Shine! Making a Powerful Impression” at the next Power & Progress Business Women’s Symposium, Wednesday, January 24 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at University of Hartford’s EC/WBC located at 222 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, CT.
Award-winning journalist and public relations expert Sarah Barr will lead this year’s event. She recently launched Washashore Writing, a speechwriting, media training, and communications company that caters to women leaders in business, community, and government. Sarah specializes in helping individuals and businesses develop persuasive and powerful messages.
