Zippia.com analyzed data from the most recent American Community Survey from the Census Department to determine the top 10 Connecticut cities that have the best work-life balance:

Top-rated Connecticut cities are home to workers with families who don’t have a long commute time. These cities also offer entertainment and adequate employment opportunities.
In North Haven, CT—which was the top-ranked city—residents work an average of 38.2 hours a week, according to the study results. In the fifth-ranked city of West Hartford, CT residents work an average of 38.6 hours a week. The sixth-ranked city of Weatogue, CT (which is a part of Simsbury) has residents who typically work 38.7 hours a week. The eighth-ranked town of West Simsbury has residents who reportedly work 37.3 a week. Finally, residents of Newington, CT—which was the tenth-ranked Connecticut city—work an average of 38.3 hours a week.
